Terms of Service

Prosperity TikTok Poster. Effective October 5, 2026.

1. What this tool is

Prosperity TikTok Poster ("the Tool") is a free web tool operated by The Prosperity Agent at post.theprosperityagent.com. It lets you connect your own TikTok account and post videos to it.

2. Your TikTok account

You connect through TikTok's own sign-in page. You must have the right to use the TikTok account you connect. You can disconnect at any time from the Disconnect TikTok link in the Tool or from your TikTok app settings.

3. Your content

You choose every video, caption and setting before anything is posted, and nothing is posted until you press Post. You are responsible for the content you post and must have the rights to it, including any music. Your content must follow TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service, including the Music Usage Confirmation and, when it applies, the Branded Content Policy.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the Tool to post spam, to post to accounts you are not authorized to use, or to break any law or TikTok policy. We may suspend access that breaks these rules.

5. No charge, no warranty

The Tool is free. It is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. TikTok controls whether and when a post is published, and we are not responsible for TikTok outages, limits or decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, The Prosperity Agent is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Tool.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
